around the world with integrity and the highest level of trust. Be assured, DBI does not and will not share any
information you consent to share with us.
Non-Personal Information
In general, you may visit DBI Technologies Inc. (DBI) or any of its related properties on the World Wide Web
without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain
names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. We may also collect and store other information about your visit
on an anonymous, aggregate basis. This information may include the time and length of your visit, the pages
you look at on our sites, and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We may also record the name of
your Internet service provider, browser type, and country of origin. We use this information only to measure
site activity and to develop ideas for improving our sites.

xAIgent web may ask you to register and provide information that personally identifies you, such as name, email address, mailing address or phone number ("Personal Information"). This will occur in certain
circumstances, including for example, when you download trial software, sign up for newsletter services,
purchase software or register software.

- Collect, analyze, segment, identify metrics and build reports that rely on common analytic tools and services.
- Creation of online marketing dashboards that depict key metrics related to traffic information,

If you do not want xAIgent to communicate with you regarding its products, services, or special offers, do not

or download a trial of xAIgent software or services, DBI may contact you by email for a limited period to
communicate with you on the progress of your trial. At any time you may ask to be removed from any of
xAIgent's / DBI's communications
Online Registration
When you register a product, whether purchased online directly from xAIgent or otherwise, we store the
Personal Information you give us securely. That information is treated as any other Personal Information
gathered. If you do not wish to have xAIgent marketing information sent to you, choose the appropriate
options and we will refrain from doing so
Cookies / Tags
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our
cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They only contain a secure identifying code that
we use to match you to your Personal Information whenever you return to our site. Your Personal Information
is never directly connected to nor stored on your computer, but are accessible when we identify your cookie
to provide you with a more personalized experience when visiting our site.
Cookies are used by our partners: AdRoll, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and others on occasion, to assist
xAIgent with product positioning, improving viewer experience, product research and development.
What Information Do We Collect?
The type of information we maintain falls into two categories. The first is general information, typically, a
supplied by your email address and for specific programs, we may request a name, billing address, e-mail
address, company name, etc. with your consent. We do not store credit card information as part of your
Personal Information. The second is product-specific information that enables us to customize information for
you depending on which of our products or services you have purchased or registered. Our Technical Support
department also utilizes this information when you contact our support services for tailored responses.
We also store information about how you navigate our site so that when you return to it, we may present you
with a more efficient, personalized experience based upon your interests and needs. As we continue to
develop the xAIgent sites, we hope to increase the personally customized quality of your browsing and
shopping experiences.
We also store specific information if you enter a contest that enables us to contact entrants and award prizes.
Similarly, we may store specific information gathered in our own product / service specific surveys we conduct
in order to accurately interpret the information gathered.
